Identity — sole trader and s.r.o.

Danito distinguishes between two subject types: sole trader (OSVČ) (a self-employed person doing business under their own company ID) and s.r.o. (limited liability company (s.r.o.) — a legal entity). The subject type determines how the billing details are filled in and how the supplier is shown on documents.

Steps

  1. After registration, the onboarding shows two options — sole trader and s.r.o.
  2. Enter the subject's company ID (IČO). The company ID is mandatory for both types; based on it, Danito automatically downloads the details from the ARES public business register (name, registered address, and VAT ID if you are a VAT payer).
  3. Check and, if necessary, complete the remaining billing details.
