Subscription and billing

You pay for your Danito subscription monthly through a payment gateway. After each payment you receive a tax document by email, and you will also find it in the Subscription → Documents section.

Steps

  1. In the Subscription section, click Change plan and select Starter, Creator or Pro. When you move to a higher plan mid-period, Danito recalculates the difference and charges the proportional amount right away; a move to a lower plan takes effect from the next period.
  2. Pay by payment card on the secure page of the payment gateway. Your card details are processed by the payment gateway; Danito does not store your card number.
  3. After a successful payment, the new plan is activated immediately and Danito issues a Tax document confirming receipt of payment (stored as a PDF in the Documents section).
  4. The subscription renews automatically. You can cancel it as of the end of the paid period — the period runs out, but the subscription does not renew any further.

Tax document

The document confirming receipt of payment (the invoice for the Danito subscription) always shows the issuer with our company ID (IČO) and your details as the customer. If you are a VAT payer and have entered your VAT ID (DIČ) in the Subject section, the document also includes the VAT ID (DIČ) — so you can deduct the VAT.
